Wauzhushk Onigum Nation

February 2022 – Current

In partnership with Clinic Psychology Manitoba and an Anishinaabeg Elder and Facilitator, this project entails building an individual, family, and community trauma healing plan that respects Anishinaabe traditions and ceremonies, creates space for western science and clinical approaches, and amplifies protective factors. The approach includes document review, facilitated group and individual sessions, and thematic analysis to document findings.
