Project entails collaborating with Grand Council Treaty #3 to provide a reference resource to inform initiatives in Grand Council Treaty #3’s Housing Strategy that will address the housing challenges experienced by Anishinaabeg youth in Treaty #3. The Study identifies Indigenous methodologies targeting housing insecurity and healing; includes engagement with services providers, regional housing agencies, community task forces, community advocates, and Treaty #3 membership; identifies services currently available to youth aging out of care; analyzes the current service landscape to identify gaps that may lead to youth housing insecurity; and identifies barriers to housing for youth aging out of care.
