Housing Development Concept Planning

Shoal Lake 40 First Nation

January 2019 – Current

Shoal Lake 40 is exploring conceptual designs for a new housing development following the completion of the community’s new water treatment plant and associated infrastructure. Narratives provided land use planning services including preliminary land capability analysis, lot yield scenarios, and two conceptual lot layouts. Next steps in the Project include servicing analysis, capital and lifecycle cost analysis, and phased implementation and construction.

The image is taken overlooking a man in a black sweater's shoulder. He is drawing on housing blueprints on a light wooden table. Coloured pens in a pen holder and drafting supplies sit on the table.
