Sequencing, resourcing, and scheduling for planned infrastructure projects for Shoal Lake 40 First Nation to identify funding models, capacity building needs, and partnership needs for economic and social development. Narratives was responsible for facilitating information gathering with community leadership and broader community membership to identify key projects and develop a 20-year projects plan.
