While at AECOM Canada Ltd., Narratives Inc. team member Conor Smith authored the Town of Beausejour Active Transportation Master Plan. The Plan entailed two phases of development. The first included the conversion of an historic central rail corridor into a mixed-use community active transportation (“AT”) path, while the second provided a phased plan to provide an efficient AT network connecting every corner of town. The plan described different AT facilities in detail and considered the capital and lifecycle costs of development.
