Narratives has developed Trauma-Informed Engagement Training that provides an overview of the various types of trauma, including its symptoms, the relationship between trauma and neurobiology, and how to respond to expressions of trauma. The training covers how to care for vicarious and secondary trauma for your staff and those you are engaging with, how to build a trauma management plan, and includes customized case simulations to apply trauma-informed principles into your practice.
